Modular gas grill in AISI 304 stainless steel for flexible cooking

This modular gas grill is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel and mounted on a trolley with wheels for practical handling. The sturdy cooking surface can be configured with different systems depending on production needs: a stainless steel plate with drain hole for waste and residues, a double-sided smooth or ribbed cast iron plate, a smooth natural stone plate, or an innovative cooking system with lava stone pebbles and AISI 304 stainless steel grill.

These elements can be alternated or combined within the same machine, allowing one modular grill to offer multiple cooking systems while preserving the flavour of each product. This flexibility makes it suitable for different types of professional cooking, including high-volume outdoor service and outdoor modular grill applications.

Capacity: The machine is equipped with high-performance 8 kW multi-gas stainless steel burners with pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition. The burners are protected by safety devices against accidental shutdown, ensuring reliable performance during continuous use.

Dimensions:Available in 40 × 65 cm format with: single module, double module, triple module. This modular configuration allows the grill to adapt to different production requirements and workspace layouts.
