Mini-dairy, dedicated to small and medium-sized production companies such as agritourism, dairies and agricultural companies that are looking for a reliable, fast machine, with professional performance and easy installation, capable of producing caciotta, pecorino, ricotta and cheeses in a simple and natural way.

Capacities from 36 to 520 L and equipped with powerful gas burners with power from 8 to 34 kW, they can be accessorised with a product discharge valve, motorized mixers with adjustable speed, wheels, raising systems with a perimeter mezzanine and customized according to clients needs.

On request, the version with a hand-hewn, high-thickness copper tub interior is also available, to preserve the typical nature of dairy production.

The Multigas Mini Dairy Group is available in 2 versions:
– with thermostat
– with automatic programmer

Version with automatic programmer with integrated PLC and 7” touch panel for fully automatic programming and management of the production process, from the heating and mixing phase to product cooling and pasteurisation. Recording of process values with real-time graph and USB data download for correct HACCP traceability.

It is able to manage the heating cycle with adaptable steps and temperatures, continuous activation and deactivation of the adjustable mixer and automatic activation of the cooling cycle with non-returnable water by program, via an integrated high-flow servo-assisted ball valve.
All process data are recorded, displayed from graph to panel and can be USB downloaded for traceability of the work cycle for HACCP purposes.
Simple to use and intuitive to control, the 7” touch panel allows you to modify the setup of the work programs, the mixer, the cooling cycle and all the milk processing process parameters.
All settings are protected by operator and installer password to allow secure setting changes.

Manual version with thermostat with gas adjustment tap, safety against accidental shutdown, pilot flame and thermostat with mechanical probe for automatic temperature control
